Scooter Rental:

Scooters should cost roughly 50-60,000 rupiah ($4-5US).  Can arrange through most hotels; however, you can rent them at one of the many shops in Amed.

Renting snorkels and chairs at the beach: Snorkels cost roughly 50,000 rupiah (US$3.50) from a vendor on the beach. You can also rent a beach chair and umbrella for the day for 50,000 rupiah each.

  • Jemeluk Beach (Bay) for calm beaches and snorkeling. Quiet, relaxing Bali retreat.
    • To see the Pyramids, tag along with one of the dive boats, as they are a little way past the reef over a steep drop off.
  • Lipah Beach – wrecked WWII Japanese Patrol Boat, and Crystal Clear Sapphire Waters
    • Snorkeling – small wooden wreck
    • Lots of fish in front of Pondok Vienna Beach
