Big Chef SteakHouse is perpetually busy yet always relaxed, welcoming tourists and locals alike to take a seat in its mahogany-wood dining room and revel in the chic ambiance. The restaurant has been a staple in St. Lucian cuisine for the last twenty years, and the menu reflects its dedication to serving excellent, locally-sourced fare. Though there aren’t any specific kids dishes, the regular menu accommodates children by making steaks “kids-sized” or substituting certain ingredients. So, the whole family can dig into gourmet burgers, chicken and ribs, or New York sirloins, with available side dishes such as mac and cheese or ripe plantains.
