At dinnertime, the beachside Ramona adds contemporary treatments to traditional Mexican cuisine in an elegant coral-block dining room, with large wood-shutter windows that open to the sea. The Peruvian-inspired Ni whips up tapas such as lobster ceviche and seafood plates for lunch. Later in the day, La Punta Grill & Lounge turns out grilled seafood and meat dishes, such as fried octopus ceviche, beef fajitas and prime rib-eye under on a wooden deck with views of the ocean. 

Indochine brings creative Asian-fusion tastes to its Vietnamese fare, as well as seafood offerings like steamed Chilean sea bass with Asian spices. Terra Nostra’s Italian and Mediterranean dinner menu, however, presents extensive pasta, wood-oven pizzas, and specialties such as Tuscan tagliata and veal Milanese. Foodies will love the Nizuc’s chef’s table, in which eight diners are given a kitchen tour led by the property’s executive chef, followed by a private eight-course tasting dinner.
