Puntarenas Province, Quepos, Costa Rica
A trip to Costa Rica is incomplete without a tour of its natural beauty. At Manuel Antonio National Park, your family can explore the terrain with the help of a guide or with a self-guided map, depending on your preferences. Guides will have a better idea on how to spot the animals and flora, so if kids are interested in seeing monkeys, lizards, snakes, or sloths roaming free, this is probably the best option. The park also contains a private beach where you can spend the afternoon relaxing with snacks, though you’ll have to purchase them from the on-site cafe, since the park no longer allows food.
