El Farolito is one of the last true mom-and-pop restaurants left in downtown San Francisco. Its main focus is providing homemade Mexican food right in the heart of Orange County, so guests don’t need to take a trip south or the border to dig into huge portions of pork carnitas, chicken with rice, or jumbo bean burritos. For kids with a smaller appetite, the menu features a junior combination plate, where kids can choose from taquitos, tostadas, enchiladas, and tacos with a variety of meat. Cards aren’t accepted, so remember to bring cash.
