Each of these rooms types includes either one King Bed and one Queen size sofa sleeper, or two Queen Beds and one Double size sofa sleeper. Smaller Deluxe and Signature rooms offer a choice of one king bed or two queen beds. Tower suites and Golden gate suites offer One King Bed & One Double Sofa Bed, suitable for 4 guests. These suites may connect to Deluxe King or Deluxe Queen/Queen Rooms, based on availability.

Fairmont Rooms with sofa beds are spacious and can accommodate up to 6 adults. Located in the Main Building, these recently renovated rooms offer luxurious accommodations, featuring one King Bed, two Queen Beds or two Double Beds, and a sitting area that includes a sofa bed.

Main Building Suites at The Fairmont San Francisco hotel include a spacious living room, one-bedroom, and a marble bathroom. Main Building Suites may connect to a Fairmont King Room to make a two-bedroom suite, based on availability. These suites can also easily accommodate a rollaway bed. Some of these suites also have a balcony.
