Within Golden Gate Park lies Koret Playground, a children’s area rumored to be the first playground in the United States. Regardless of its history, however, it’s a pretty decent option when children want to spend some time running around and interacting with others their own age. Aside from swings and a notable labyrinth of slides, there’s also a carousel nearby for children to ride.
