Located on Restaurant Row, Meat & Cheese Restaurant is a hybrid dining establishment and specialty shop, serving a selection of artisan cheeses and butchered meats. The restaurant menu changes seasonally, but usually features dishes along the lines of rice dumplings, Vietnamese chicken noodle salad, rotisserie chicken, and steak. While it’s possible kids won’t be interested in anything on the menu, it makes for a perfect date-night spot. The cocktail menu has a range of innovative concoctions characteristic of Aspen, including the “Aspen Elixir” with kombucha and pisco. The charcuterie boards are affordable, and you can even check out the adjacent store to take some cheese to-go.
