For the summer, this program is divided into three age groups: Tykes (ages 2 – 3), Explorers (ages 4 – 6), and Adventurers (ages 7 – 12). Mohonk’s Summer Kids’ Club also includes a Junior Naturalist program, where kids ages 4 – 12 will enjoy a hands-on experience with nature through walks to the Lily Pond, animal tracking, and tree identification. During the spring, fall, and winter, children are grouped according to their interests and abilities. 

The teen program is for guests 13-17 years of age and includes rock scrambles, disc golf, tomahawk throwing, tennis clinics, and hikes. At night, teens can enjoy a relaxed setting at the Teen Lounge, where they can play PlayStation® 2 and Wii ™, watch movies, enjoy cards, games, and make new friends.

The most secluded of the cottages, Oakwoods is a rustic cottage with two bedrooms featuring a king and two twin beds, a pine-paneled living room, a cozy kitchen, and a screened-in porch. Holly cottage includes a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Grove Lodge is nestled in a tranquil fern grove within easy walking distance of the Mountain House. With eco-friendly features, six guest rooms, and a stunning Great Room, our Grove Lodge is a perfect fit for guests who desire a more private Mohonk experience. It offers two queen beds and two king beds.
