Av. Francesc Ferrer i Guàrdia, 13, 08038 Barcelona, Spain
Poble Espanyol in Barcelona was constructed for the World Exposition of 1929 to exhibit both the architecture and the essence of the Spanish culture. The goal of the Poble Espanyol was to recreate a traditional Iberian town that represents the buildings, squares, and streets of different places in Spain. Upon entering the walls of the Poble Espanyol, you will find beautiful sculptures, buildings, and town squares with restaurants and boutiques. There are a series of live performances and shows geared toward children as well a giant slide that the kids will love.
